1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://redstoneguard.xyz (the "Site") and any associated services provided by RedstoneGuard (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and Service immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedstoneGuard provides tools for Roblox script management, obfuscation, and key system generation (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. RedstoneGuard does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service, in compliance with Roblox's own Terms of Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to distribute malicious scripts, malware, or exploits intended to harm other users or platforms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or related systems.
  • Conduct or facilitate Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks or any other form of cyberattack against RedstoneGuard, its infrastructure, or any third party.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with the Site without prior written permission.
  • Impersonate RedstoneGuard staff or misrepresent your affiliation with the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without explicit authorization.
  • Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward RedstoneGuard staff, contributors, or other users — whether publicly or privately.

RedstoneGuard takes violations of these terms seriously. Any user found to be engaging in activity that causes — or is intended to cause — technical harm (including but not limited to DDoS attacks, server disruption, or unauthorized access) or reputational and emotional harm (including harassment, defamation, or targeted abuse) to RedstoneGuard, its team, or its users, may be subject to:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of access to the Service.
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and internet service providers.
  • Civil legal action to recover damages, including costs incurred as a result of the harmful conduct.
  • Criminal referral where the conduct constitutes a violation of applicable law, including but not limited to computer fraud, cybercrime, or harassment statutes.

RedstoneGuard reserves the right to pursue any and all available legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law to protect its service, reputation, and community.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations — is the property of RedstoneGuard or its respective content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written consent from RedstoneGuard.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, or share any scripts, data, or other content through the Service, you retain ownership of that content. However, by submitting it, you grant RedstoneGuard a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Termination

RedstoneGuard reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RedstoneGuard and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if RedstoneGuard has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. RedstoneGuard does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.

11. Changes to These Terms

RedstoneGuard reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Data Access and Usage Rights

By using the Service, you grant RedstoneGuard full access to your account data, scripts, usage patterns, and any content you submit through the Service. This includes the right to process, store, analyze, and transmit your data for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service, enforcing these Terms, detecting and preventing abuse or fraud, and protecting the rights, property, and safety of RedstoneGuard, its users, and third parties.

You acknowledge that RedstoneGuard may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of RedstoneGuard, its users, and the public; or (e) investigate and prevent fraud, security issues, or technical problems.

RedstoneGuard uses third-party obfuscation services (including but not limited to Goofyscator, Centurion, and RedCrypt) to process your scripts. By submitting scripts for obfuscation, you consent to the transmission of your code to these third-party services for the sole purpose of obfuscation. RedstoneGuard is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

New users are required to explicitly accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy before accessing the dashboard and using the Service. Existing users are deemed to have accepted these Terms through continued use of the Service.
